I feel really guilty asking for help and have never done something like this but I’m extremely desperate. I am a mentally ill disabled survivor of extensive trauma who was fired from my job early September for reasons that were not my fault. I’ve been dealing with an extremely abusive situation that triggered past rape traumas on top of being fired out of nowhere, and in a state of complete trauma/trigger fog and heavy suicidal ideation, unable to work let alone get out of bed. Literally all I’ve been doing this past month is weeping and having panic attacks/unable to cope. My food stamps were also cut on the 15th and I haven’t been able to get them again, which I heavily depend upon. I am asking for help with the amount of rent/bills.food I am short on (rent 150 + 75 for bills + 50 to tie me over for food until I get my food stamps back + 30 for subway to get to therapy and job interviews). I’m checking myself into an outpatient clinic hopefully soon and will hopefully be able to look for work asap. Thank you so much, anything helps.
